This collaboration would foster the creative freedom Lofaso desired. Black Market's intention is not to limit itself by any means. It could start with dill chips, then shishitos peppers. Following that is the Korean wings and then a meatball course. The underlying ingredient in this dazzling array of flavors is Antonia. Lofaso evaluated her career success in part by her ability to be able to comprehend and appear real to her viewers. In addition to her memorable performances in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars, her uniqueness was also celebrated out of the kitchen. Today she remains a standout on screen as a CNBC judge, and as a recurring character on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. In 2012 Lofaso collaborated with Penguin to publish"The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious homemade Meals and tells the story of her struggles while studying at the elite French Culinary Institute, and simultaneously caring for her child Xea. Lofaso claims that her enthusiasm to cook is the main factor behind her success. She continues to be in the know by keeping a close to the latest trends and fashions. Chefletics, her new brand has revolutionized the way chefs dress. It is a blend of style and practicality. Lofaso believes in staying true to you and your ideals.
