Carey Lowell (born April 15 1970) is an American actress. Her career began as a model for fashion, with designers like Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. The acting career of her started with the film "Dangerously Near" (1986). In the following year, she was in the film Club Paradise. Also, she was in the 1989 James Bond movie, 'Licence to Kill'. The character was later reprised by lending her voice to the game video '007 Legends.' However, she is best known for her work on TV particularly for her role 'Jamie Ross' in the American TV drama 'Law & Order.' The series had her as an main and character that was a guest.
