Tommy Lee-1-819x1024Thomas Lee Bass is an American musician from Greece . He is one of the founding members of the heavy metal group Motley Crue. As well as being the group's drummer for a long time, Lee formed the rap metal group Methods of Mayhem and has pursued solo musical projects. Lee is a PETA supporter and a strong advocate for the rights of animals. Lee has written Terry Prather in protest of Tilikum's treatment in the year 2010. Lee believes that the animal should be freed and stated that SeaWorld could not be a good partner as Tilikum is their main source of sperm. Lee said he was appalled by SeaWorld's sick and twisted methods for obtaining Tilikum Sperm. Lee said that he would be able to avoid the tragedies of trainers suffering death, as these deaths were the result of whales' aversion towards being held in captivity.
